Delivery Timing
Choco-n-Nuts only offers made-to-order products to its customers. This ensures the freshest and most delectable chocolates for your consumption. Hence we request customers to provide us with at least 1 day for whipping up your delicious chocolates. We guarantee that your purchased chocolates will be delivered within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. However, if you do require an urgent delivery of homemade chocolates in Bhopal, please call our team on +91-9826322989. We will try and help out as best as we can.
Delivery Charges
FREE DELIVERY anywhere within Bhopal for orders ₹1000/-.
For smaller orders, additional delivery charges are applicable as follows:
Delivery between 0km to 10km from our shop address: ₹100/-
Delivery between 10km to 30km from our shop address: ₹200/-
Kms will be calculated as per the least distance route as mapped by Google maps from our shop address to the customer's delivery destination. The cost of delivery is not included in your purchase order amount and will be payable by the customer to the delivery boy on receiving their package.

Returns
Our products are mostly perishable items and hence, we do not accept any returns for goods once purchased.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of making their purchase to claim full refund of their purchase. Any cancellations made prior to that time limit will entitle the customer for zero refunds. Refunds
All successful refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving payment, as per the policies of our payment gateway service provider.
