We guarantee that your purchased chocolates will be delivered within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery Charges FREE DELIVERY anywhere within Bhopal for orders ₹1000/-.
For smaller orders, additional delivery charges are applicable as follows: Delivery up to 5kms from our shop address: FREE Delivery between 5km to 15km from our shop address: ₹100/- Delivery between 15km to 25km from our shop address: ₹200/-Kms will be calculated as per the least distance route as mapped by Google maps from our shop address to the customer's delivery destination. The cost of delivery is not included in your purchase order amount and will be payable by the customer to the delivery boy on receiving their package.

Returns
Our products are mostly perishable items and hence, we do not accept any returns for goods once purchased.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of making their purchase to claim full refund of their purchase. Any cancellations made prior to that time limit will entitle the customer for zero refunds.
